Excellent, rich specimen of colorful secondary uranium minerals showing great micr0-crystals under magnification, from a small 2025 discovery at the Shazijiang U deposit, Miaoershan Uranium District, Guilin, Guangxi, China. The material has been analyzed by XRD and EDX methods, and most recently, the presence of the very rare lead uranium hydroxide/carbonate mineral Widenmannite in this material was confirmed at the University of Arizona. This is probably the most significant occurrence worldwide of this very rare uranium mineral, and this specimen is a rich example for the find. No more of this material has been found since early last year. Rare!!
