Nice rich specimen of bright yellow Andersonite with lesser Bayleyite from the Ambrosia Lake Uranium District in Grants, New Mexico. Mounted in a plastic box for safe display as seen. Good example of these uncommon uranium minerals. VERY brightly fluorescent! Ex. New Mexico Mineral Museum. Measures ~85,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 Counter with the 44-9 ‘pancake’ probe. Rare!!
