Outstanding very large, well-formed, undamaged Tantalite-(Fe) crystal from the classic Alto Do Giz mine in Brazil. Certainly one of the better tantalite specimens I have seen from this famous mine, in excellent condition with perfect orthorhombic form, pleasing density (has been tested via specific gravity and is definitely tantalite, not columbite!).
