This is a beautifully gemmy, complex single crystal of copper-included calcite from Michigan’s iconic Quincy mine, from the noted collection of I. Philip Scalisi, who noted it came from another historic collection. Great luster, clarity and form make this a lovely miniature-size example of a highly sought-after American mineral classic.
