A nice large specimen of andersonite in sandstone  from the Atomic King #1 mine, Lower Kane Creek, San Juan Co., Utah USA. Measures ~40,000 CPM on my Ludlum model 3 survey meter with the 44-9 probe. Ex. Mount Holyoke College (Massachusetts) Very brightly fluorescent. Rare!!
