This highly-aesthetic large cabinet-size Tsumeb specimen features a striking combination of gemmy, sharp “V-twinned” yellow cerussite crystals on a matrix of lustrous white smithsonite which has overgrown a previous generation of green cuprian (copper-rich) smithsonite. The combination of the gemmy cerussite twins and the lustrous smithsonite is just fantastic, and this large specimen has been professionally trimmed and cleaned (no repairs/restorations) to sit perfectly for display. From the noted collections of Marshall Sussman and Chris Amo, both well-known Tsumeb specialists. Laszlo Kupi photos. Classic!!
