This is an excellent 4.5 cm single “floater” cherry-red, gemmy rhodochrosite crystal from Graham’s pocket, one of the most iconic pockets found at the Sweet Home mine in Alma, Colorado. The crystal has good color, luster, and transparency, and is in good condition. A fine single rhodochrosite crystal for Sweet Home, with minor tetrahedrite. Ex.
