An excellent large cluster of lustrous, dark reddish-black cuprite crystals to 2 cm forming a 3-dimensional “tower” of crystals with minor native silver from the incredible circa ~2009-2012 discoveries at the Rubtsovskoe mine in southern Russia. Now scarce on the market in this size and quality, these superb Russian cuprites truly redefined size and quality for the species when they were found. Annette Slade photo. Classic!
