Highly unusual specimen of rich uraninite with minor coffinite in a drill core section, from the Moab area of southern Utah. Quite “hot” at over 140,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 Survey Meter with the 44-9 probe (alpha shield on). From the noted collection of David P. Wilber. Rare!!
