Namibia’s iconic Tsumeb mine is known for it’s superb and varied smithsonite specimens, which are the world’s best and occur in every shade of the rainbow. This is a fine large example of the prized cuprian variety, with a vivid green color and good luster. The crystals, while small, have super color and good, bright luster. A real classic from an old collection. Mark Cross photo.
